With over 500 engineers nationwide, that's one in every postcode, there is a highly skilled engineering team local to you fully equipped with all the latest engineering technology to keep you moving 24/7.
Breakdown promise – 3 hour response guarantee
Within 3 hours of receipt of a breakdown call one of our specialist engineers
will arrive at your site. We are so confident in our no-nonsense guarantee
that you’ll receive compensation if we don’t keep our promise.
Fixed first time – reducing downtime
We deliver a 90% first time fix rate with 90 day repair guarantee. Our primary aim is to minimise your downtime and all equipment (excluding specialist) will be repaired or replaced within 12 working hours of receipt of your breakdown call*.
Our Parts promise
Second-to-none all-inclusive parts availability, with 98% next day delivery
of genuine Cat® and other branded parts. All our parts are quality guaranteed,
providing optimum performance. Our Parts Promise ensures that parts ordered by 4pm are delivered direct to our engineers’ vans before 7.30am, so our engineers have constant rapid availability of parts, ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum.
Highly skilled engineers, local to you
Brigg’s engineers receive regular training, up to 80 hours per year, to keep
abreast of the latest industry regulations and technological developments.
Combine mobile workshops with state of the art diagnostic equipment, they have the expertise to service a wide range of plant and equipment.
Around the clock emergency call out
Brigg’s provide around the clock service support 365 days a year, with
emergency call out across the UK, ensuring a fast responsive service
whenever and wherever you need support.
We also have on-site capacity, with a state of the art workshop and paint facility, and resident engineers who can work to prevent problems occurring and respond immediately when necessary.

Your contract will be flexible to accommodate any change in circumstance.
All-inclusive repair and maintenance
With our all-inclusive maintenance plan you can relax while we take complete
care of your fleet. We work with you to plan a schedule based on each
individual machine, its application, hours of usage and age. Then we take full
responsibility for handling all service checks and running repairs during
your contract.
Outstanding Customer Service
One call and your entire service requirement is coordinated by a local team at our National Materials Handling Centre. Currently our National Service Centre helps meet the needs of over 500,000 callers every year.
