As the Coronavirus situation evolves, we would like to briefly update you on the additional measures we are putting in place to help you contact us.

Our service teams as always are on hand at the end of the telephone to assist you with any breakdowns or service requirements.

We would now like to introduce a contact us form and email address specific to service breakdowns.

Reassurance when we visit your site

To prevent any contamination from contact with our IT equipment we are changing our job approval process.  Currently, as part of our sign off process for an engineer’s job sheet, we require a customer to sign the Toughbook/phone device.  From today we will no longer be asking you as a customer for a signature on our devices to reduce any risk of spread.  Instead, we will type in your name and complete the form with ‘CV-19’ in the signature box. I appreciate this may not fully comply with some processes, however we believe this is an appropriate measure at this time to limit any contamination risk.  We appreciate your support with this change, and where it does pose a challenge to you or your business, please may I ask you to contact your account manager.
