Following the latest restrictions announced by the UK Government, we would like to confirm that there will be no interruption to our business operations.

Since March 2020, we have introduced a wide-ranging set of measures designed to help keep our people safe, whilst also maintaining business as usual services for our customers. In the early stage of the pandemic, we provided critical support to customers identified as being in key sectors as they supported the nation’s requirements for food and other essential services. As restrictions have been modified over time, we have adapted our approach where needed and continued to support all our customers and many new ones too.

This means that we now have significant experience in this new way of working, and the majority of our employees continue to operate remotely. Our infrastructure has been proven to be robust and capable of providing effective and efficient support.

All of our employees will be following the Government’s latest guidelines, which includes the rules about business travel. Maintenance and repair work carried out by our engineers remains unaffected and will continue as normal in adherence with individual site requirements and our own safety procedures.
