Field Engineer

Role Description

Field Engineers are expected to maximise the operational availability for our customers by investigating, understanding and eliminating failed/faulty operation of those products to ensure the fix is as rapid and cost effective as possible while ensuring continued safe and effective operation.

Requirements

Previous experience within one of the following sectors; motor vehicles, construction plant, HGVs, agricultural, powered access or related machinery as well as a Level 3 Diploma in Lift Truck Maintenance and Repair (VRQ/VCQ) or equivalent. We also expect our Engineers to be IT literate.

Workshop Engineer

Location: Cannock

Role Description:

To service, maintain and repair a variety of electrical/mechanical equipment within the workshop facility, ensuring that all activities are carried out in safe manner and equipment is maintained to an excellent standard. All work to be completed within a reasonable time scales set.

Requirements:

Previous experience within one of the following sectors; motor vehicles, construction plant, HGV’s, agricultural, powered access or related machinery as well as a formal apprenticeship qualification in a relevant field.

CRM Administrator

Role Description

Responsible for processing new account requests and creating new database records, processing data for campaign returns and expired data. Required to administer amendments such as transfers of records to different owners and housekeeping leads to ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail, highly IT literate and organised with strong communication skills. Previous experience of a CRM database is a must.

Dealer Support Executive

Role Description

To support the activity of Dealer Team. Working alongside the National Dealer Manager and Dealer Development Managers to offer support on quote/pricing, analysing data and commercial offerings whilst acting as a Super User / Trainer for NOVO and SFDC. Offer support to the actual dealer network, creating new initiatives in conjunction with Business Development Director.

Must have strong analytical and PC skills coupled with excellent customer service, knowledge of the materials handling industry and the ability to work autonomously to deadlines.
