Learn More About The Aisle Master Advantage

Hi my name is Andrew and I’m here to showcase the Combilift AisleMaster. The AisleMaster was introduced to the commonwealth product range in 2000 where we identified a market for customers that wanted to work in very narrow wilds but have the versatility of an outdoor counterbalance forklift. A regular counterbalance forklift can work in an aisle of 3.5 meters or 138 inches. Similarly, a reach truck has to work in an aisle of roughly 2.9 meters or 114 inches as the truck and the counterweight is positioned directly behind the forks however the AisleMaster can work in a very narrow aisle as little as 1.6 meters or 63 inches due to its ability to articulate. Unlike other VNAs in the market the island master does not need to work on super smooth floors or of wire guidance systems reducing the overall warehouse build and maintenance costs. You can travel fully laden on a slope of up to 12%, it also only needs a transfer aisle of 2.7 meters or 106 inches increasing warehouse density and can load directly from truck to rack in any weather condition reducing the amount of handling therefore reducing product damage labor and energy costs while increasing the workflow. The  AisleMaster range goes up to three tons or 6600 pounds lifting capacity with mass heights of up to fifteen meters or forty nine feet and is available in either electric, LPG propane and diesel and can also be ordered with different cab options depending on the environment. For heavy shift work the battery on the electric models can easily be changed over by using another forklift or pallet truck.  In cold store applications as low as -35 degrees we offer a fully enclosed heated cabin with heated double glazed polycarbonate windows to prevent condensation. The AisleMaster comes with sideshift as standard and there is the option of adding telescopic forks for double deep storage, camera, safety lights, scanner holders and much more. Spacious ergonomic cabin gives ease of access and great visibility for the operator. The over articulation gives you greater movability and direct view of the forks and the pallet. Simplicity of controls and operation allows for instinctive and effortless driving. The aisle master can be operated in three simple steps align the front wheels to the center of the pallet, rotate the mast until the forks line up with pallet fork pockets, drive in using the steering wheel to guide the forks and lift the pallet. The same steps can be used in reverse to remove the pallet the machine is designed not to have a tail swing so when you’re operating in a tight space you can fully concentrate on the pallet in front. We understand that after sales support is paramount to your business therefore we have a dedicated after sales support team available and all our parts are globally recognised brands that are easy sourced worldwide. We offer a free warehouse design service to help maximise your future and current storage facilities. This provides a pallet count and proves how and where we can increase storage and reduce overall operational costs. Visit combilift.com and see how we can help you.
