Obviously the customer is at the heart of everything we do here Briggs Equipment they’re the most important person that we have and we all want to make sure that we’re looking after them as well as we possibly can. Without the customers we wouldn’t be here so we do really focus our efforts on getting it right the first time with the customer. I think last year we realized we could be doing more for our customer and we decided how do we make sure that we’ve got customer satisfaction coming out of every area and we decided that we’d set up a group of customer champions and we asked for volunteers so we’ve got a group of very passionate people who meet once every month once every two months and we have a discussion around what can we improve across the whole business and
really improved for our customers across the whole business. I think it just refocuses everybody’s minds about why we’re here what what job were actually delivering it’s very easy to be internally focused and think does this process work for me but really we want to know does this process work for the customer and make sure we’re doing things with the customer at the forefront. Important to me is just doing what we’ve said we’re going to do if we said we’re gonna bring a customer back make sure we rang them back in that time for him if we’ve said we’re gonna do something do it or at least tell the customer when it’s gonna happen so it’s just communicating is the most important thing to me to the customer so they know exactly what’s happening day in day out.
