A Journey of Positive Change

Our dedication to mental health and wellbeing has led to significant changes over the past three years. The journey began with the introduction of Mental Health First Aider training. This initiative enabled anyone in the business to reach out and have a conversation whenever they needed to. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and it became a valuable resource that has since shaped our employee led mental health and wellbeing strategy.
