Taking our partnership with Card Factory above and beyond

Card Factory are the UK’s largest retailer of greeting cards and gifts. As an existing Briggs customer, they required a new solution to help meet additional demand within their warehouse environment.

New Delivery of Yale Equipment

The Briggs team was able to identify an effective and appropriate solution that could fit seamlessly into Card Factory’s operation and meet on-site requirements. The new machines are fully electric and were supplied with additional batteries and a bespoke charging station, to ensure maximum capacity and reduced downtime. The Low Lift Pallet Truck from Yale Lift Truck Technologies is designed around the needs of the operator and is specifically designed for the warehouse environment. The functionality of the machines will ultimately lead to a reduction in operational costs across the length of the contract.

Corinna Davies, Sales Executive, commented: “Our work with Card Factory is a great example of many ways that Briggs can deliver first class service and support to our customers. From our expert engineers, industry leading products and innovative infrastructure tools such as BE Portal, we are here to keep your business moving.
