Briggs Equipment is delighted to announce its partnership with Árón Taylor-Smith as he prepares for another season in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC). Entering his twelfth season, Taylor-Smith will race with the championship-winning Laser Tools Racing team with MB Motorsport, bringing experience, skill, and determination to the 2026 grid.

Árón Taylor-Smith is one of the BTCC’s most widely followed drivers. The Irish racer, who claimed the 2024 BTCC Independent Championship, has achieved multiple race victories and more than 25 podium finishes over his career. With over a decade of experience in the series, he has consistently been a standout performer, and his move to Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport is expected to further elevate his performance and profile.

The 2026 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship kicks off at Donington Park on 19 – 20 April and will feature 10 races across the season, with coverage on ITV and their digital platforms, giving fans and partners the chance to follow every moment of the action.
